Chef James has prepared a classic menu to pair with these rare Whiskies. The evening will start with a pre-dinner cocktail curated by The cloud’s head bartender Patrick and Sushi By Miles Market Head Sushi Chef Richard.

We will then be showcasing 12yr Sherry Oak, 12yr Double Cask, 15yr Double Cask, 18yr Sherry Oak, 18yr Double Cask & Rare Cask.
