Description
An intense ruby red color, with some hints of garnet. The aroma on the nose is manifested by notes of ripe red fruit such as blackberries and cherries, alternating with hints deriving from aging. The taste on the palate is full, rich, austere, warm, with tannins. It closes with a long finish. Perfect with meat-based main courses, even better with game. Also excellent with medium-aged cheeses.
