Returns:
If you need to return a product, please contact our team at marketing@goslings.com or 441-295-1123 to initiate the process. Ensure that all items are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. We accept returns only on full, unbroken cases of wine, beer, or spirits that have not been chilled prior to return.
Refunds:
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know. We are committed to ensuring our customers are happy with their experience at Gosling's Limited. If you need to return an item, once we receive and inspect it, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 1-3 business days. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be issued to the same card used for the purchase.
