Can I pause or skip a month?
Yes. Members can pause or skip, with changes made by the 20th for the upcoming billing cycle.
When am I charged and when does it arrive?
Members are charged on the 1st of the month. Deliveries begin between the 2nd and 5th. Purchases made between the 1st and 15th of the month will be sent out right away. Anything after that will count as payment for the following month's shipment.
Can I switch tiers or cancel?
Yes. Membership changes and cancellations can be made by the 20th for the upcoming cycle.
