Description
he Quinta Elementa is made with 100% Verdejo grapes, it is light and very tasty, immediately reminiscent of fruits and flowers, very balanced in acidity and in all its nuances.
The vines are planted in very sandy soils covered with boulders, eroded by rivers on the surface. They settle to the west of Segovia, near the town of Aldeanueva del Codonal, within the DO Rueda. This area is known for bearing fruit with finer and more subtle aromas. We obtain low yields, which provide us with wines with more concentrated aromas and flavors.
The harvest is done manually and at night, thus improving the quality with which the grape reaches the winery.
The Quinta Elementa is the ideal companion, for those of us who like to enjoy wine at any time of the day and, of course, repeat.
