Description
A real example of the great potential of white wines from the AOC Chablis. It is made from Chardonnay vines, the region’s leading grape variety that is planted in Kimmeridgian soil (carbonate rocks from the Late Jurassic). Traditional agriculture is practiced with manual harvesting. In the winery, after a careful selection and destemming, the grapes are gently pressed and the resulting must undergoes alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a regulated temperature.
