Description
Zuccardi's Q series wines are made from small parcels of top-quality old vine fruit marked by their depth and concentration.
Pale lemon in colour with discreet aromas of lemon, bergamot, apricot, pineapple, lime, citron, vanilla, butter, toast, and almond. Medium bodied with an oily texture, and sharp acidity. Fresh citrus fruits are mixed with juicy tropical fruits, green apple, and notes of dough, toast, smoke, vanilla, and dried nuts.
Try with Roasted Romanesco, Mushrooms, and Onions with Polenta tossed with an herb, lemon, and caper sauce.
