The Paul Hobbs Russian River Valley Pinot Noir 2021 is a meticulously crafted red wine originating from Sonoma County’s renowned Russian River Valley AVA, known for its ideal Pinot Noir conditions. Paul Hobbs, a notable figure in winemaking, emphasises the unique terroir of his selected vineyards. This vintage reflects a warm, consistent growing season, yielding concentrated fruit with balanced acidity. The wine undergoes careful sorting, cold soak and fermentation with native yeasts, followed by 15-17 months in French oak barrels. Expect notes of red cherries, wild berries and subtle spice.
