The 2023 Ariel Cabernet Sauvignon (non-alcoholic) delivers an oak-aged and alcohol-removed take on classic Cab with <0.5% ABV. Expect vibrant aromas of blackcurrant, cherry, blueberry, chocolate, and hints of toasty oak. On the palate, it’s full-bodied for an NA wine, with soft tannins, dry finish, and jammy dark fruits reminiscent of real Cabernet—but slightly lighter in weight and body . Despite lacking legs, it visually resembles red wine—deep ruby and opaque.
