The NV Bonanza Lot 7 Cabernet Sauvignon is a smooth and juicy California Cab with a medium ruby color and bright aromas of dark cherry, plum, and currant, mingled with scratches of rhubarb, toasted oak, and smoked-meat nuance. On the palate it’s medium-plus in body, offering round, fresh flavors of blackberry, black plum, dark chocolate, and black pepper, anchored by subtle oak spice, silky tannins, and a lingering kiss of unsweetened chocolate and cassis.
