Pale gold–green in color, it offers lively aromatics of exotic citrus—think lemon zest—alongside juicy yellow fruits like apricot and pineapple. The palate is zesty and fresh with fine texture, delivering ripe yellow-fruit flavors framed by crisp acidity and a clean, mineral finish . Crafted using gravity pressing, cold fermentation, and six months aging on lees in stainless steel, it's balanced and harmonious. This wine is approachable now and should maintain its elegance for 3–5 years. Pairs beautifully with seafood, asparagus, or fresh goat cheese.
