An ample and elegant Cava, delicate from the entry to finish. Pale and bright pink-salmon colour. Fine and persistent mousse, forming the crown. The aromas are evocative: it opens with notes of brioche and blossom, lingering with strawberries, dried cranberries and a hint of grapefruit. The mid-palate is fresh and dense, with a velvety texture, notes of dried red fruits and a long, clean finish with a touch of citrus
