A blend of 90% Pinot Nero and 10% Chardonnay, the grapes for this cru Spumante are hand-harvested; after the first fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel, this wine enjoys a 150-day second fermentation with natural yeasts in the Charmat method before bottling.
